 Simon Hill



Simon joined NEF Consulting in 2021. He has previous experience in the housing sector, working as a management consultant on transformation, strategy and policy commissions for social housing providers. These projects involved him applying both quantitative and qualitative methods, particularly conducting interviews, surveys and workshops for co-designed outcomes.

He has also worked in the community-led housing sector, including as a Project Manager for a Community Land Trust. Simon has an active interest in innovative methods of housing delivery and community ownership. He has also worked as a Town Planner.

Simon has a BSC in Geography with Quantitative Research Methods from the University of Bristol and an MPhil in Planning, Growth and Regeneration from the University of Cambridge.
