Simon brings experience working in both the social housing sector and as a Town Planner. He principally supports the Homes for Us campaign and a range of consultancy projects. Alongside his work at NEF, he is undertaking a PhD at the University of Bristol in using community-led housing to redesign an ethic for the housing system. He is also a Trustee of Bristol Community Land Trust.

Simon has a BSC in Geography with Quantitative Research Methods from the University of Bristol and an MPhil in Planning, Growth and Regeneration from the University of Cambridge.

Strategic overviews and practical training.

We offer online training and facilitate workshops, primarily for local authorities. Topics currently include Theory of Change, measuring social impact, commissioning for outcomes, co-production, and more.
