Howard Reed is currently Director of the economic research consultancy Landman Economics. He previously held senior economist positions at the Institute for Public Policy Research (IPPR) and the Institute for Fiscal Studies (IFS). Howard is an expert on econometric methods for the analysis of microeconomic data and cost-benefit analysis and evaluation methodologies. He works with NEF Consulting on a range of projects.
